I got an 80gb Zune. I hate apple and my iRiver was dying so it seemed the best way to go. So far I really like the device itself but the Zune software could use some improvements. I'm guessing that updates will fix that soon enough though.

My Panamanian girl friend talked me into buying the iPod Nano 4 gig cause she said it sounded better than
all the others. I must admit it does sound good, but what a nightmare you have to go through to put music
on it!

iPod is designed to make Apple money by tricking users into downloading tunes, which are converted
into their format and can't be played anywhere else.
PLUS...iTunes is a bloated piece of shit software that duplicates Windows! You shouldn't have to use it.
My three previous MP3 players used SD Flash Cards of 512mg, 1 gig and 2 gig capacity.
Using Windows, I drag the tunes I want to the Flash Card, remove it from the card reader, plug it into my MP3
player and I'm all set.
I can put a couple of the cards in my pocket so I can change the type of
music just by unplugging one and plugging in another.
With iPod, I'd have to go back home and futzz with iTunes (yawn) while it decides to do what I want.
I hate Apple! Once I saw what a piece of shit it was and tried to take it back, they wouldn't even talk to me. I'm stuck! I hate being taken like this. Hate it!!!

I love my Zune however I don't like the new software. But I don't buy into the whole apple craze. I know I don't like iTunes. If you have apple computer get iPod if you have PC get Zune.
