@ RD - you can right click in the system tray icon, and go to settings and change it so it doesnt use 100% CPU usage, and also make it so it only folds when in screensaver mode

FeFe I don't know if you're gonna have much luck with this. I tried this one about a year ago http://www.whatboyswant.com/forum_read/2033982/1/ and as you can see it generated zero interest.

Those programs usually start the counting when your computes is idling. So if you are currently doing something with it, the programs sleeps. seti@home did it like that so I guess folding is similar.

I was just trying to remember which program it was that I used to run to help out on things like this. It's the SETI one, which is also very cool.
