What are your thoughts? Has anyone here tried them or is currently using them?

I bought mine a month ago from eVaporWorld.

Been using it for the whole month and actually surprisingly like it a lot.

Just wana know what you all think of it?

I've been looking into the intellicigs. I have a friend that has one and he says it's great, but I wanted to wait a while to see how it actually works for him.

guys i have bought it, the pack cost 100 euro, tastes quite good but nothing close to a real smoke. It's good for places where smoking is forbidden, but that's as for as it goes. Nothing like the real thing..

I don't smoke either, but those things look really cool. It's like all the up sides of smoking, without all the down sides.

I saw the blu e cigarettes. Looks like you can smoke those things anywhere since there is no actual smoke, just water vapor that you exhale.

Oh, and the price is super cheap. If they actually work, and last like they're supposed to, it's a lot cheaper than actual cigarettes..

Can you tell me what is its effect on heart disease?I had heart attack 14 months ago and had to quit smoking after 17 years.I still miss cigarettes a lot so that could be perfect thing for me.But I'm still not sure because of my health!!!

I tried it and it filled a need for a bit, but in the end I wound up not needing it to quit. I really did like it at first and found nothing wrong with it, it just wasn't what I needed to quit.

The one thing I really missed with it was what many call the "throat hit". The taste was fine, but there was no real feeling of smoking in the throat. It was more like breathing.

I don't smoke and hate it. Tried it few times when I was past my teens to try and look cool and couldn't stand it.

I think those electronic cigarettes are very cool and might help a few to tame down the nicotine and try and ween off and never smoke again.

Reporter to Tug McGraw:

"Do you prefer natural grass or the new artificial grass [in reference to the then newly implemented Astroturf]

Tug McGraw:

"I don't know, I never smoked the artificial stuff"

I am not a doctor & would recommend you consult your physician before using it but here is what I know:

There are 4000 less chemical than a cig.
No Tar or combustion.
Only byproduct the FDA found was PEG which is a byproduct of vaporizing and is also found in baby formula.
Most liquids have 6 or 7 ingredients.
Main chemicals: Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, Glycerin, Distilled Water, Nicotine, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Citric Acid.

Who the fuck is the Richman Times Dispatch anywho? Local paper with a local opinion!

I can say I get all the nicotine I need or more. People are moding the ecigs to get a better vapor cloud or to have extended battery life.

I call bullshit on that article.... (hang)

I don't smoke, and never have, but I find this sort of intriguing.

Here's a Consumer Reports / FDA piece from mid 2009 that raises some possible liabilities, but also a lot of positive feedback from people that use it.

The tobacco companies must be shitting themselves over this one. If they get popular enough, it could make a massive dent in their sales. No doubt they are in their boardrooms discussing ways of giving these things as negative public image as possible.
