Deep fry is good no matter what! I've got from big to small but for chicken I like my cast iron.

My stove top exploded last week so been using the microwave and the GF grill until it gets fixed, this gives me another option.

When I've perfected a recipe I'll pass it on

Yeah, well blew up. blue sparks and smoke were coming out off the hotplate... I think water leaked into the electrics underneath the heat adjustment knobs somehow. Checked the fuse and nothing wrong with it.

That sounds like it sucks ass. I would hate having to make dinner in the microwave.
