Ok so the age old question is going to be asked... STi or EVO... I personally have an 04 USDM STi that is not stock anywhere... Garret GT35R, A/N fittings on everything, coil overs, etc., and I love the car... but fact sticks you can do more with a stock Evo and less money than an stock STi and comparable money... these cars are so close stock that theres no real reason why someone would want one over the other... so we arent here to debate which is more moddable or better... just post up which youd rather have, an sti or an evo...

Be a hard choice, i doubt there would be much between them performance wise. But i couldnt say, as ive never driven either. So based purely on looks... Probably go with the Scooby.

Although, i would past up both to have a Galant VR6.

There is 500bhp EVO in my hometown. It is some special model, 400bhp from the factory and some nice tweak-kit installed. One sick motherfucker.

The new EVO looks more wild, it's more to my taste. The older evo's looked too easy-going, but the new has balls. And the STI sure looks great, but it doesn't have the wilderness.

Went through this for real only a month or so ago and in the end got neither as the Evo has to be serviced every 4500 miles and the Scooby looks cheep inside and if your over six foot is very limited leg room

Yeah that servicing is ridiculous on the Evo, and i have sat in a scooby, and ya right BDD, theres not a lot of leg room... certainly couldnt use it as an everyday car.

Im happy with my RS. Although im looking at changing it soon... Might go for the new Focus ST, but ive also had my eyes on an FTO GPR V6... I dunno yet.

Sorry to go off topic

If I'd have extra money, I'd buy this baby.

The Vectra is the worst car of the Vauxhall/Opel range, according to reports, and Top Gear. Nice looking motors i grant ya, but i think if i was to go for a car of that sort it would be the Ford Mondeo ST

I know Opel Vectra is a great car, with great capabilities. For example, it's the only car brand which hasn't broke down on the taxi use in my hometown. After the year 2002 the quality has been superb, and I don't have any problems for buying one.

Mondeo?!? Those cars are full of shit! My friend works for Hertz, and they are always complaining it, being such a big pile of shit.

Why I'm greylisted?!? Jesus...

Of course it can call shit, because it has so much flaws and problems all the time. 2 Mondeo's broke down on the road, one had so bad corrosion on the doors, that both doors had to change etc.

And the Vectra OPC information

2,8l V6 turbo
255hp, 330Nm
0-60mph 6,?
Top speed 260km/h

Lunch brake -> See you in da minute.

WARNING to all Focus ST Waiting list people, the paint is shocking. A friend of mine and my gf boss have both got the orange ST both cars less than 6 months old and the front of the cars are covered in stone chips when they took it back to Ford and asked wtf is going on they where told the limited orange is a 4 layered paint job and is really soft so it's best if you don't take it on the motorway at speed.......

And the Blue looks a different colour on the bumpers than the rest of the car, a friend of mine Bill turned up at mine in his new ST (a 4 door) in the lovely British sunshine and the car looked two different colours

Come on the new Cupra BDD already on the waiting list for the car everyone forgets about when it comes to hot hatches.
