I actually would buy that grocery getter over a two door purely because a: Im probably too old. B: you can put more people in it. C: No putting seats down to let those people in. And lastly D: Ive got a lot more mates than 1.

Just to clear everything up a Crate 350 will run you 1800 from summit with out carb and headers your still looking at under 2000 for 300 ponys. and a v8 small block can crake out to 600 ponys if you had the money.i say fuck the kids who drive rice buners they got a bleacher on the back that they think gives them downforce and a fart can that gives the a 20 ponys and sounds like a mower on drugs, o let me not forget the 5" in tac for and auto trans and the air filter that also gives you 10 ponys. fuck them. I own a 67 elcamino that has a 427 tall block truck motor and im puting out 510 pony's and 552 pounds tq. these kids think they can bet that with bolt on haha thats so funny and your delsol that runs 10s i like to see that becouse im only geting in the low 11 and i now your not putting out 550 pounds of tq on a 4 haha. yall need to clear your heads and come to the fact that ricers cant run with the american V8's

i run a mid 10 in my talon....

let us not forget that some nissan skylines run 900 plus. With moderate use they will last a long time as well. Not to forget 1000 plus KILOGRAMS of tourque not just pounds. Im not too sure how a v8 would cost alongside a jap in USA, but here for 80 grand you can get yourself a pretty fine jap car with a LOT of power.

All comes down to what you want,how you want to use it, and wether or not you care about looks. Cause looks cost more than power it seems.

as for me, i really don't care about horse power or how fast it runs. I drive a truck, so i'm not looking to race anyone anyway. plus gas is too expensive.

that is a nice looking car you got there scene. I'm not really a fan of stangs, i'm a bowtie lover...but that's another argument altogether. However the newer ones have started to grow on me.

but we really won't know what it looks like till it's in production. they can change anything up to that point. never know they might turn it into a station wagon.

I am coming in late with this, but who fucking cares whos car is faster than whos, build race cars and race them. Not all cars are made the same, 4 cyl or 12 cyl or 8 cyl what ever you got. Be proud of your car and take care of it, but all the talk about mine is faster mine looks better. With today gas prices who the hell really wants to burn up the money it cost to fill up. I might be a newbe but i work on cars all day. The only thing that i hate is the fact that the the pride in the cars that made the race world go round is gone except for a few that restore them to what they should be. (I hope they dont make a station wagon out of it.)
