American muscle cars do have poor displacement/power ratio, which may allow new 4-cylinder rice to beat some old 340cid V8, especially when mounted in a much lighter car. But I don't have an rice vs. American opinion, as I wouldn't buy anything but Swedish or German.

But to the subject, your Mustang looks awesome. Love the looks of it.

Because we need to pay big bucks for the gasoline, I would never buy american car. Japanese and German cars are much better what comes to economy, power and quality. I wouldn't change my Civic to any american car ever. Oh sorry, Acura is the only American car for me then.

I prefer the '05 Mustang over the 95's... i never really liked that body style... though I love the old 5.0 mustangs, and the fastbacks... the previous model really didn't do it for me... but I always love the ponies Nice Ride...

pretty nice looking! and for that one guy bitching about v8s he just doesnt understand...... i think i sunk about 7k into my buick and its running 9s most 4 bangers it takes about 4 times that to get into the 12s. and when people talk about their cars and say their faster then some one elses they usualy dont mention how much they had to spend to get it that fast.

twin turbo on a 5.0 is only 3k go researcg before you post a stupid post cunt

hmmm...im not trying to disprove you (scen kid), but if u did twin turbo your car and it is a V8 and u are pushing 300 hp probably at the fly, the first thing a knowledgable car tuner would do, would be to upgrade the brakes. I know the owner of a performance car shop and when he installs turbos/blowers, or engine parts that push out large amounts of HP/torque he always reccomends a brake upgrade.

Hope you spent twice that amount in the short block. Stock 5.0 will hold 500 or maybe in rare cases 600hp before the main webbings crack and the block splits in half. If you are making more than 1200 hp with "twins" you got robbed.

As far as the mustang haters, find a car that hooks better than a mustang from the factory. I dont like em either but I am in the process of building a true 10.5 drag car out of a mustang due to the fact that Fox bodies hook better than any car out there on bolt on suspensions.

Well, Id like to see which of you two has the better tuning skills. You can sink all your savings into an engine to get it to go fast, but can you tune it to handle that kind of power? Not to mention all the other upgrades you have to do to the car in order to make it so it doesnt break when you want to pop the clutch. Tuning skills my friends. Big engine/heavy car vs small engine/light car doesnt mean too much, its all about tuning.

When spending money on a car get something original or at least not the most seen car ever. This is why I love classic muscle cars. They have a sense of style all their own and they are an extension of the driver. A mustang just says "I have absolutely no personality and just bought this car cause everyone else has one".
