ok so its been a while since my last complaint.. i promised bachiotomy once a week but i dont have THAT much to say on cars at the moment... due to my lack of a car.

so my complaint this time is fucking learning to drive a standard. ill admit that im 20 and i dont have a license (feel free to poke fun at me) i know how to drive, ive just been driving illegal for almost 2 years (any cops on the site... i was just kidding of course... ). i had a car of my own to use while i was living with my boyfriend, but of course now im back at home.

my dad agreed to give me his jeep wrangler, but i have to learn how to drive it. ive never driven a standard before, and its just too much shit going on at once... i took it out for the first time a couple days ago, i killed it like 20 times in first 30 minutes. how aweful.

wish me luck here.

Finally! The second complaint

driving a stick is more fun than driving an automatic, esp if you have a rear wheel drive car.

stick with it; you'll get there. it took me 3 or 4 hours of practice to get it completly down. In no time you'll be hanging the tail end of that things out around corners

Thank you sweetie...it's always nice to see you make your way to the "infamous" Car forum.

On topic : I found the best way to get a feel of a clutch is to take it on a hill. Hold the car by just using the clutch. You know let it roll back a little and start lifting off clutch slowly..It's kinda hard for me to explain..but that is what worked for me.. some clutches engage higher then others. Please start with a slight incline.. I don't wanna see you get hurt hun.

The look of bliss suddenly turns to horror as they realize there is a pair of oncoming headlights ahead of FeFe's headlights.
