sponsor membership

I paid for my sponsor membership on thursday, I am still listed as free. I have recieved my email confirmation from multisafe and have tried emailing support without any response. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Your payment got declined using MultiSafePay. No money was taken from your credit card, there is no reason why it was declined. Try using VXSBill instead. Or contact the company that provided you the credit card asking why it was declined with an online transaction.

I've had that happen when making on-line purchases before, simply because I don't make many on-line purchases, so my bank tries to protect me until they can contact me.

I barely use my credit card to begin with, and even when I do it's almost never for things on-line.

I'm not saying that's what happened here, I'm just saying it's happened to me and this is why.

but thats the thing I WAS billed that is why I am trying to figure out whats going on...

lol no the way my bank works is anything purchased after 3 on thursday goes on mondays billing cycle... i dont know why but thats how they do it

Somehow I cannot find were your money went, I am going to call MultiSafePay tomorrow and find out what the hell is going on.

I think it's possible that the charge was declined, but since his bank operates with a 4 day delay on weekends, it's still showing up for him as an active charge. But will be removed on Monday, when the bank catches up with the rest of the world.

It's taken a day or two for refunds or canceled charges to be refunded to me occasionally. And that's with a bank that pulls a full work week.

Ok, I'm just gonna throw in my 2 cents and say how awesome it is to have the "main dude" PERSONALLY handling and taking care of a subscriber. You don't really get that a lot nowadays. I'm gonna have to renew my membership next paycheck.

Yeah, M&T... it will show immediately on your web banking and then will either be accepted or declined (charge you or remove the charges) when it is processed. This happened to me playing poker online. The bastards won't let you play!
