Moderator corrections for the new version.

I can't get over how well the 'Similar Pic' feature works . It's just great

I just had one with 8 copies this morning.

New bug : when a link has been approved, it is possible to link the picture again to the same series, creating an exploit that people can use to get credits.


While Diz fix this, for mods who happens to deal with the series moderation : don't accept link if the picture linked (on the left) is already on the series (on the right). It won't affect the series as the picture is already linked but will deny credit for the member using this exploit.
For big series you can quickly find out if the pic is already on the right : over your mouse on the left pic, you should see the link at the bottom of your browser. Press ctrl+f and search for the ID number of the pic. As the ID is written over the pics on the right, if it's in there you should have a match.

Especially beware of links from Tarquin and 6sarge who seem to do that quite often (don't know if that's on purpose or not).

Edit : the issue is fixed in next patch but there is still the possibility for someone adding a new pic to a series to link it to every pics of the series instead of just one, thus multiplying the work for us but also the number of credits he can potentially win. So there will still be duplicate linkings that should be denied until Diz find a better way to handle the linking process.

Was there a change in the Level computation? Somehow I went from lvl 27 to lvl 18.

Yes, Diz changed the formula and you can see it there. Good luck understanding all this

There is a bug also in pic moderating... when I accept or delete a pic, sometimes comes message "An internal error has occurred"

I just refresh the page and it goes away.. has it happend to anyone else?

I randomly get it too (it doesn't seem to affect the action you chose though).
Forgot to add it there.

New bug : when a member blocks you, you can't send him a PM even if you are a mod. Mods needs to be able to pass though the blocking. Also, regular members should get a page explaining they have been blocked and not an error page.

Not to nit-pick, but that last one is not a new bug, that bug has been around since the new version.

Newly added : after deleting a post on a thread, the site goes to the first page of the thread instead of the page we were on (annoying when you want to delete several posts in a row).

New bugs added to the list :
- pic mods without queue permission can still see the link to the user queue but it lead to a 404 error. It would be better if the link was hidden (or lead to an "access denied page" ).
- mods that have no forum rights can't see the report button on forums

I removed a few hundred from this guy's queue a week ago http://www.whatboyswant.com/users/profile/173595 that were almost all reposts. One had been uploaded 24 times.

I almost just want him to upload another 500 pics. We could have the site cleaned up of duplicates in no time if he keeps going at that pace.

New bug : png files don't get hashed properly and end up messing up the similar picture feature.

When I am browsing the babe galleries and come across a comment that is inappropriate and press the "delete" button, I get an error page.

You can delete it. You get the error page but if you get back to the page, the comment will be gone. It's just annoying

I see we have a "who's online" thing now too. I like that feature and missed it while it was gone.

A link to the posts that do happen to make it into the greylist would still be nice to have...

I have renamed all the thread in the Q that are kept here as example of the greylist not working. They are all named : "[For Diz] Greylist problem". I should avoid confusing them with other stuff that could go into the Q.
