It's not like it's so god awful horrible that you'll go to hell or something, but it's one of those things we don't want to get outta hand, so we prefer to stop it before it does...

Basically, Move stuff to quarantine if you see anything that is not right. But general notification of a rule break can be done by the mod of that forum when they come on line.

Normal rule breaking and shit gets left to the mods in charge. PM them to let them know, but don't mess around in their forums.

The Senior globals moderate the forums as needed, but that's because, for example, I'm the one that wrote the standardized rules for the forums. And have had global powers for about 7.5 years. Soo...
