I'm 21 so probably 17 at the absolute youngest and only if the girl was drop dead gorgeous...but typically 18 would be the youngest.

I would never have any kind of sexual contact with a girl younger than 18 because I'm 23 and it is illegal in the US. But since some of you gentlemen are from countries where younger women are legal, I figure there's no harm in lookin' at 'em on this site!

Saiyan: It depends on which state you live in as to what the laws are. I'm 21 and can legally screw as many 16 year olds as I want in Georgia. Hell you can go as low as 14 in states like Alabama, and I even think I read that one state it was 13.

Being that I am in my late 20s the youngest I would go for would probably be 18, dont know maybe you get paranoid as you get older, but the whole lolita thing would just freak me out.
