Over here in Britain we think that Obama looks to be a good presidential hopeful, but of course we know nothing about the reality of US politics. Our own Prime Minister is a dithering idiot who the nation hates so what do we know. Those of you in America will have a better perspective so what do you think? Is he the right man? and should he have asked Hilary Clinton to be his running mate. Over here we despise her because she forgave Bill for cheating on her.

Barack Obama WILL NOT win. I'm having a hard time understanding what the big deal is about him. He has been running for President since his first day in Senate and has not concentrated at all on his job as Senator...(I AM FROM ILLINOIS). At best, Barack is an overqualified Presidential speech writer and that's all. Keep in mind that if he wins, Jesse Jackson, Jesse Jackson, Jr., and a lot of other idiotic politicians from Illinois stand to have a place in the White House....NO THANK YOU. His politics are reckless, his ideas hopeless, and his party divided. John McCain is not that great of a choice but he is the better alternative. This country is going down the drain.
He will win cause George Bush killed the republicans name with this country. McCain is too similar to bush on too many issues and people are ready for a change. Plus Obama has now selected Biden as his VP and Biden is the guy who really SHOULD be the President. Biden is also a close friend of my dad's.
IMO, I don't think he'll win because most of the Hillary delegates are still upset over the fact that she didn't get the Democratic Nomination and will not vote for Obama. That's like approximate 45% of the delegates needed to win. Another reason why he won't win is because of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid who are against any kind of domestic oil drilling. Since they both will not call for a vote on the issue, which 74% of Americans want some kind domestic oil drilling. Most people mainly in the south will not vote for a black man for president. Now I could be wrong on this which usually am wrong on most of the time those are just my opinions.
He had better win or we are in for 4 more yeare of Bush politics and bullshit lies

Obama is good for the little guy????? Really! What do you think is going to happen when Obama taxes the businesses? The businesses are going to raise prices on the consumer, you know...the "little guy". They then will start laying workers off, again your "little guy". So that means that the "little guy" won't be able to afford goods and services and be out of a job. Yeah...really good for the "little guy"!
He'll win because enough people in this country understand that we can't afford a third Bush term which is essentially what McCain is offering.

It is a true religious cult, whose adherents reject Christianity yet still believe in Original Sin, transferring it from the evil of being human to the evil of being white.
Thus Obama has become the white liberals' Christ, offering absolution from the Sin of Being White. There is no reason or logic behind it, no faults or flaws of his can diminish it, no arguments Hillary could make of any kind can be effective against it. The absurdity of Hypocrisy Clothed In Human Flesh being their Savior is all the more cause for liberals to worship him: Credo quia absurdum, I believe it because it is absurd.
Thank heavens that the voting majority of Americans remain Christian and are in no desperate need of a phony savior.
His candidacy is ridiculous and should not be taken seriously by any thinking American.
