I know that many of you cats out there cant stand the stuff on the radio today (ie B2K, 112, Montel Jordan, and the other crackheads). I need some REAL R&B. Jams like Luther, Whispers, the Manhattans, Glenn Jones, Peabo Bryson, After 7, etc etc. Who will step up to the plate? Alicia Keyes dropped a hot joint recently, but its going to take a lot more than that. I hate to say it, but Ruben Studdard's new joint sounds good.

The Commodores and Lionel Richie. Late 70s/Early 80s Motown. That's the sound that R&B should aspire to.
