What (somewhat famous) bands have you seen live?

hey sf... Amorphis... are they from Oklahoma? I know I've heard that band before (and wasn't impressed) but I can't remember where they're from for sure.

Davallia, WBW is like a rock concert every day for me. LoL

I've seen as many as DistraughtsSon, probably more, but I can't remember them all right now.

Well then there are at least 2 bands named that, because the one I'm talking about is definitely from the US, and I'm sure the one you're talking about at least doesn't suck.

I remember seeing pennywise in an out of the way little hole in the wall about a couple of years ago..

You guys are killing me with the Slipknot bashing... thats my band all the way, though I got screwed out of seeing them live along with System of a Down, Mudvayne, and American Head Charge.

Finger Eleven - Good, but short show (opening for Evanescence)
Seether - Solid. Looking forward to more from them

Disturbed - Just wow. See them if you have the chance!!! One of the guys I went with is a serious metalhead and he ranked the show *just* below Metallica!
Taproot - Alright, but with Chevelle and Disturbed they were overpowered
Chevelle - They should be headliners in a couple years. Very tight.
Unloco - good starters for a four-show night.

Summer Sanitarium 2003 at Skydome - Deftones, Mudvayne, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, and the gods... Metallica. The unused ticket is on my wall. Stupid family emergencies...

I got awesome news!!! Chimaira, Fear Factory, and Slipknot are playing near me in April!!! I finally get to go see my favorite band!

I wonder when the Jagermeister tour is gonna come here. It always does, but they haven't announced the dates for the west coast yet.
