Camels and Benson & Hedges
But they tear up my throat after a few days. I have a pretty weak throat these days, even Camel Lights get to me. I'm stuck smoking Marlbro lights or Silk Cut Purple most of the time.

And I really really love the occassional Romeo y Julieta Cigar.

In actuality quitting may slow your run time temporarily and by a lot, dont quit soon to a PFT, wait and quit right after you do one and keep on running.

Cigarettes are nothing but chemicals designed to make you an addict. I like Good tobacco, Cigars mostly. Its just hard for me to consider cigarettes tobacco when they taste nothing like cigar tobacco. I suppose thats because of the chemicals they add. My smoke of choice however is CANNABIS SATIVA. For those of you who dont know what a Sativa is I suggest you try some. Of the Sativas, my favorite is the Haze variety. Purple Haze. I live in Buffalo Ny which isnt really a climate for good homegrown weed. Yet there seems to be plenty of it, and Im not complaining.

I have been smoking for near 30 years.I now smoke Smokin Joes which is an internet bought smoke @ $13 per carton.
However...I have heard that Pfizer is looking into a Silver Bullett that is going to work on the cravings of the brain as opposed to giving you a nicotine hit.I will try it since I find that many women these days don't like guys that smoke.

Because of it; my lung capacity is superior to smoker's, my life span will be much longer, I am and look healthier and will live longer, my mouth does not taste like smoke, and I will not suffer adverse affects like those that do.

As a smoker when I was a life guard I used to be able to hold my breath for over 2 mins... now out of practice I could probably do over a min and a half...providing I wasn't drinking and smoking the night before.
