what do implanted boobs feel like?

a boob job is basically like stuffing a silicone water balloon between the ribs and boob, pushing the boob up.
Is that what it feels like when you caress it?
Is the water balloon part soft, and can you feel where it stops and the boob begins?

If you can't meet a girl with fakers to let you take a squeeze, try the local strip club. If the local club isn't "interactive" I suggest taking a trip to Miami.

I doubt it's that thrilling-- I prefer natural and was just curious :-)

OK, I'll bite.....they do not feel natural because there is a uniformity of density that is not present in natural tissue.

They feel kind of harder, but they look awesome. Depends on what kind of implant they have used. The cheaper implants feel way less nice.

Natural is easily the best.

I assume it is possible, but in my experience it is very, very hard to improve on nature.
