Just saw Tropic Thunder.. quick review:

1) it was funny but not roll over die laughin like Old School or Wedding Crashers.
2) Jack Black, Downy Jr. and yes Tom Cruise made the movie. Their characters are the only thing this movie has going for it.

i would recommend it.
