Have you seen any recently?

Ever?

Saw one when I was about 9. It blazed across the sky like a fire streak in a horizontal line at high high speed. I ran in and told my mom she acted like a mom and kept doing whatever. Television reported a weather balloon at that very moment.

You seriously dont think we are the only life in the universe. I mean it is huge. Just as a matter of odds it is a definite. If there is a 1 in a 50 million chance, than it occurs b/c over an infinite amount of time over a massive massive amount of space that 1 in 50 million occurs.

This may put our significance into perspective:

When pilots and not homeless people are reporting it I tend to listen. (im sure theres lots of sane homeless people but you get what i mean)

Yes, it was August 22nd of last year. It was a spherical object that was darting through the clouds at extremely sharp angles (90º and smaller) at full speed.

Full speed as in direct reference to its constant speed. It at no point, not even taking the corners did it, slow down at any point. The motion of changing direction instantly with no recoil or slow down.

When I was young, me and several people saw a star's color cycle through the whole spectrum over and over. I don't think it was extra terrestrial spacecraft, and neither does anyone else who saw it. We all surmised it was some astronomical phenomenon like a supernova, but still... it got us to all go back inside.

That's the most recent I got, over a decade ago. Now I feel old.

i'm not sure what my take is on this stuff. my brother actually took me to an UFO convention where there was this impressive guest speaker who was really into his shit and so were some of the audience. me, well, i was wondering what the fuck i was doing there!

anyhoo, 'bout 10 yrs ago, i'm near the city here in sydney. sky is almost clear and i'm watching i soccor game. for some reason i look up into the sky and high above is this shiny sphere that just looks outta place. not an aeroplane or the like. it was fucking weird. shortly after it was gone.

Yes, I've seen Unidentified Flying Object once in my life. I was about 8-10 years old. Me and my buddy were biking thru the neighborhoods and suddenly a really bright object hovered on top of one building. It didn't make a sound, it was totally silent and moved really strange. It started to move and disappeared. We both saw it, got scared as fuck and went home. It wasn't a helicopter, airplane or something we know. The movement was incredibly smooth and any of our known aircraft can't perform like that.

That's something I never forget, and haven't been able to identify it.

I've always believed we're not alone it this HUGE Universe, it's really self-righteous to think otherwise.

somehow i find it hard to believe a intellegent species from hundreds of light years away would travel all that distance just to watch us for 50 yeas or so. i would believe a goverment cover up of extremely advanced aircraft before i believed it was aliens.

I believe in UFO's until someone proves otherwise !! My 3 eyed friend Zaark from planet Blutieen was not convinced about people living on planet earth until his ship landed here

dude look at the lengths we humans go to to study other species. I mean millions are spent exploring oceans and undiscovered jungles. We always see news of "new species" b/c we are constantly exploring.

Of course aliens could do the same. Also you assume that it takes that much effort to come here. If they have achieved light speeds or even faster.... Finally, maybe they are forced to explore. Maybe they screwed up their own planet. Then again maybe they exist in space.

In college, I was leaving around 10 pm. The campus was about a 1/4 mile from an Army post. There was a very bright light about eight feet above the trees and two military helicopters were circling it. It appeared to be about 20 x 20. It was odd but didnt leave that much impact.

Finally, me and my gf about ten years ago were at an outdoor concert. We were laying on a blanket and I saw a satellite. YOu know just a dim white light traveling at a constant speed in a straight line. But then it stopped. And it never moved again. We both saw it. I dont know if satellites can stop I dont think so. That was odd too.

I mean they are discovering that there appears to be water on Mars. This is a planet in our own solar system!!! You know how many solar systems there are? If we find life sustaining substances on planets next door it stands to reason there is elsewhere also.

Its hard to swallow b/c its the unknown.
