Trying to figure out the name of a movie

I have been wanting to see this movie again for over 7 years probably. It was on a movie channel on direct tv for like a month and I haven't seen it since. I can't remember the name but I remember a lot of the movie. So the plot of the movie was that this guy moved home to New Zealand because his sister was getting ready for a big stunt. In which she was going to roller skate off a hill and parachute down the cliff. He had a friend that drove one of those jet boats that they have there on the rivers. There was a bathtub out side of his sisters house. In the end the guy ended up doing the stunt because his sister was hurt. I know there is not much to work with but if you have seen it that should be enough to spark up the name.
