thats only in america here in holland whe have a law thats called private protection,
that includes downloading from the net ,cause thats private.
so , so long you dont distrubute youre downloaded music there is nothing to worry.
but if you make money out of it and you sell it to the wrong person like a cop than you can get problems with it than they can get a house warrent to search in youre house for ilegal cd,s or other things on youre computer to.
so if youre using youre downloads for private you dont have to worry yet!!
till the law got changed.

yes there is LT1, and there are also ways to keep them from finding you even if your on one of the sites on there list...

Not that I would no first hand..just what I head ...Cause file shareing is "wrong" and if you do it your going to hell and all kinds of othere bad things..

Just think if they went after drug dealers as hard as they do to people on Kazaa..lol..we would have a drug free world in no time...

A drug free world? why would we want that? The attempts at stopping P2P and the war on drugs are both misguided wastes of time. What if we spent the time and money going after um,,, murderers, rapists and other dangerous individuals??

What everyone forgets is the p2p problem is money, the music industry has loaded their offices with people who make big bucks. When the artist questions why they are not making money they blame the internet and d.l for the problem. nevermind that they spend huge amounts on crap, thats why concert tickets are so damn high. That is the only way that the record labels can't steal the money. each tour is set up as an independent business with seperate accountants etc. sorry a pet peeve of mine ( have personal close experiance with a local cop and a "informant " . The cop was trying for headlines and tried to impound "putersand called RIAA A few $$$ and Lawyer, still working on getting ' puters back. sorry all, ahh I won't go into the rest

I can understand why bands do not want there stuff freely shared, but on the other hand I don't get why they are so ademant on sueing the people that have so loyally bought thier cds for years and thought it was about time they got a little "discount" on the $20 cd price tag. See, ny whole deal is, I do trance music and I share it freely. I don't feel like charging people for thier entertainment. I feel that there should be a way that we could hear muaic (other than singles from a bands cds) for free, and be able to buy thier cds if we like what we hear. Kind of a try before you buy type thing. Cause I know I am not the only one here that has bought a cd and got really pissed because there is only one good song on it.
