I think it might well be true!

The doctors in russia can do and have done surgeries and other medical operations that wouldn't even been thought of, and even lesser made in any other country in the world!

Many people from finland also go to russia to get treatment for illnesses or malformation that can not be treated anywhere else than in russia...

Even if I'm not so fond of russia on personal level, from what I know and have read about, I have to say their engineers, scientists and doctors are one-of-a-kind in the world.
