Same thing to Greece

I tend not to believe too much of the media hype. They've cried wolf too many times. (Swine flu, bird flu, monkeypox, sars, anthrax, mad cow disease, etc, etc, etc.)
I'm not surprised people are hoarding things like toilet paper. They do the same thing whenever there's a blizzard warning. People are afraid they'll be trapped in their homes for a long time, or worse, that someone ELSE will start hoarding, so they want to beat the rush. When this all blows over, people will look back, feel silly, and probably do the exact same thing next disaster.
21 day lock down announced in South Africa last night starting from Thursday. Stay at home till the 16th April. Only essential work allowed and travel will be restricted inside cities. The army has been called in to assist the police force in enforcing the lock down so no go areas have been established already

Hope for the best but prepare for the worst. Just be safe everyone. Over here in California people are going apeshit.
Azdesertrat view:
the grim reaper is going to get ALL of us, every single one of us!! sooner or later. no one will escape him no matter how well you hide, no matter how well you hoard. if i get this virus & survive (which the odds say i will) i will be immune from it for life. if i die, oh well, it's my time. so i'm not going to even try to hide from the reaper. i'm going to live Azdesertrat life fearless & free. Amen.
Financally, things are about the same or even better, saving money on gas, entertainment
The wife and I are both working from home now, so no loss in wages and its nice to meet in her in the kitchen for lunch and play grab ass, plus more time to walk the dogs.
We also get to have morning sex more often
