These crazy days

It feels surreal with what's going on in the world or someone is playing a game if Plague Inc. in real life
I would like to wish everyone stay's healthy and safe in the coming months and I sincerely hope we get through this and can get back to our lives!

Amen brother. Testing times but we will make it through, the human spirit is incredible when it comes to surviving such things

Indeed we can, we just have to use some sense and stay calm.
I work for an Amazon fulfillment center here in Okc and they are full steam ahead and hiring more people and paying $2 more an hour even though we are just at the beginning of this mess here. Lambs to the slaughter.

the mayor shut down all gyms, restaurants, & bars here in Tucson. all the stores have been hoarded out so i hoarded 8 12-packs of miller beer.

Here in Pennsylvania the sheeple have hoarded toilet paper, paper towels and everything else not nailed down (including common sense), yet shockingly the alcohol remains virtually untouched. 😕

Same in Illinois lock down starts at 5 pm central time

I noted the same thing here on the Texas coast..during Spring Break! Must've bought their beer back home. Thanks for leaving me plenty!

I'm here in PA too, we actually have a standing order with Amazon, every two weeks we get a case of TP. Believe it or not, got an email saying our next order was "opened" and would not be delivered...

Hoarded plenty of booze before the state store shut down, and I have a supply of orphaned socks, so I guess I will survive this plague. Best of luck and stay healthy to all of you. Enjoy the cars on here, right?

I work for Amazon here in Okc, we have definitely shipped plenty of TP out. Not sure why everyone's buying toilet paper, but I bought ammo, water and protein bars, batteries etc.

Ammo... Pretty sure you stocking up for the zombie apocalypse... things arent that bad in SA yet but there has been measures put in place, sanitizers are gone but plenty of TP remain, bars closing early, most schools closed and work has started releasing staff to work remotely to slow the spread and churches have been banned from large gatherings indoors

In Ohio, schools, bars, restaurants, have all been closed, maybe more things I can't remember. No gatherings of more than 10 people. Beginning of the week everyone was hoarding everything, but we hit the store last Thursday and it seemed the store shelves were slowly being restocked. And also have plenty of beer, a buddy of mine owns a drivethru, so got the alcohol covered 🍻🍻🍻

Our government still wants to go for group immunity. So they haven't gone into lockdown, as they think it would not be so extreme as in Italy.

I personally think there is a hidden agenda behind our government not going to lockdown to flatten the curve.

I just wonder how much we aren't being told by the press.

for all of those how have taken all of the toilet paper, let me state this. I went out and bought as much ammo as I could get my hands on. When I want toilet paper, I am going to get it …...

Governor of Ohio signed an order yesterday shutting all non essential businesses down until April 6th starting at midnight tonight

Agreed, something doesn't feel right about this whole thing.

I tend not to subscribe to conspiracy theories (until proven). My opinion: This thing was identified in China in December. That means it was circulating for weeks if not months before that. That means it was circulating globally for weeks or months before that. That means it was already close to wherever you are before it was identified in China in December and it was just not recognized. Pay heed to the warnings and protect yourself and those you care about. Do what you can to keep it from spreading so we may all be safer. I'm hoping there is some seasonality to this thing so it may wind down or at least buy some time. (Seasonality is a common trait of many corona viruses)

Stricter lockdown here in the UK now; no going out other than to shop for food, medical appointments and exercise (alone or with people in the same household). Lots of concern about employment here.
