i dont get the appeal of staying on the 105th floor, if there was ever a fire you're done

thats a cool hotel and every country spends money on things other than sheltering the homeless and feeding the hungry look at the US it has millions of homeless and starving the schools are terrible no one has healthcare not to mention the US is listed in the top 5 countries for child prostitution yet the defense budget is 450 billion a year every country has major problems

That hotel would be seriously sweet if it was finished,all things political aside of course. I could see the penthouse being about 3 floors of it, but damn it would be sweet.

They could re use it.. take some of the upper levels down? and build appartments or something?
