The Ryugyong Hotel is a towering, empty concrete shell that was once intended for use as a hotel.

Its 105 stories rise to a height of 330 m (1,083 ft), making it the most prominent feature of the city's skyline and by far the largest structure in that country. If the building were ever completed it would be the world's tallest hotel, and the seventh largest building in the world. Today, however, it remains unfinished and uninhabited.

That last pic on the second row just looks eerie. Huge fuckin bldg in the middle of a huge city... just sitting there in the clouds offering shade. 9th largest OOPS in the history of the world?

UN sanctions wont allow proper wiring to be installed. Also the elevator is jet-propelled for the interest of time, seeings how its supposed to curtail to North Koreas growing tourist draw, and the jet-propelled lift has a few minor flaws. The east lift was last seen burning out over the Baltic Sea.

Was it built by the same firm that are doing the new Wembley stadium? That would explain a lot!
