many many people have asked for a program that will allow you to play a video file over an instant messengers webcam feature, instead of an actual webcam feed. i decided to dig up some software that will allow you to do that

well...say your some really old perverted guy... and you want to see young naked chicks on their webcams... but the chicks wont show you their cam unless you show yours... just turn on this software... and run a video file of some NON old guy
you can trick the chick into thinking you are young


honestly... i think this program is a bunch of shit... and think the people who may do this are strange perverted idiots... but whatever... ill use this program to stream csi to all my friends in china :P
