Thule is the best beer in the world.

And i am not saying that because i am patriotic or some shit.. i have lived in Denmark for 7 years.. tasted tubrog, carlsberg and 100's of other beers.. but when i return to "home" and smell the fresh air and drink Thule, i am in heaven.

Well, when it comes to beer, one of the best would be Jever Pilsener from Germany (we are doing that stuff for some 500 years! ;-)). Also Warsteiner and Koenigs Pilsener are worth "looking at"... ;-)

And the original beer from Pilzen (Czechia) is a great one, too!

P.S.: One of the best beers I ever had was "Three Horses" on the island of Madagascar...but also there they had all the equipment to brew it brought in from Germany... ;-)

i'm a Dutchman living in Belgium....but for me, the best beer, is Carlsberg....

Personally, I think New Belgium makes some of the best beers-if you can find it, La Folie is the best red ale in the world, and they have plenty of other great choices such as Sunshine Wheat and their seasonal 2 Below. As far as imports, Boddington's and Duvel are both great beers.

You need to ask yourself what kind of beers do you like. Dark, Pilsners, Ale's, Bocks etc. I have traveled quite alot and myself mainly like Pilsners and Blonds. Although most of the beers listed have some merit it all depends on where your visitig for example drinking Carlsberg in Thailand tastes like heaven compared to Singha.

My favorites are Kokonee from the Kootanai's Canadian beer. Many European beers are very good. Quillmes and Andes from Argentina are good too. I have to agree most American "light" beers are crap with little flavor. There is some in the States that are good from Leinenkugels brewing company and I have to agree with one other reply the Shiner beers from Texas aren't bad, stay away from Lonestar that ranks up there with Singha and Bintang from Thailand and Indonesia respectivley. Being I am in Saudi now I would take ANYTHING. Most American Hotties that you see pics of on here seem to drink Keystone or something like that for volume not taste. Who cares as long as they get drunk and Naked.

All beers in green bottles lets ultraviolet lights pass through the bottle that can alter the taste and skunk the beer.As an american Budlight is my choice!

Robinsons from North West England. It is a bitter and not a larger and truly one of the best beers in the world. For a larger turn to Gambrinus from Prague.

My personal favorite is Fat Tire.

Don't skip the best light beer in the world... San Mig Light from the Philippines. Nothing better on a hot day. If you prefer a stronger beer try Red Horse, again form PI. The bonus is it costs about $1 a bottle. Hooray!
