That is so cool. They'll have to get a noise dampener on it though, making that loud of a noise would make it obsolete, it also looks more like a horse then a big dog.

I also felt sorry for it when it was slipping on the ice, but it was freaking amazing keeping itself up and knowing the terrain,

I was reading an article about one robot being made and tested in Arizona, they expect it to be battle ready by 2012, this thing is about the size of a motorcycle and implants itself in intersections ahead of a convoy of troups and focuses on snipers and IED's.
