I do know that you take a U.S.A. country boy and his rifle/shotgun and piss him off and turn him loose you have a world of hurt comming. It was a proven fact that during WWII the axis army's feared the American rifleman, because they grew up with one (most were farm boys) and were deadly accurate.

Though not very efficient, the flamethrower in war inspired such fear on the battlefield that those threatened with having one used against them usually surrendered without firing a shot. Flamethrower men had to be covered heavily by friendly supressing fire when they moved in to use the thing since the enemy especially wanted them dead. Now they are illegal to use under the Geneva convention since they burn the body beyond recognition. Oh, and you can't shoot at a paratrooper until he's on the ground, should that ever come up in your life.

you dont need and sks mate. and btw, the ak-47 is, reportedly, a very reliable gun.
but, if you know how to shoot, a .22 would be more than enough to incapacitate any person that isnt behind a wall, car, or other such obstruction. if they are behind such an object, they are not advancing

It was totally friendly/ironic - and well spotted Loopyprawn - that particular episode of the simpsons was on telly here in the UK just the other night - for what its worth though folks, without american guns 60 years ago i could well be talking german today!!
