ok heres the deal im going to be off work for a month and i dont have anything planned im not going anywhere so i have decided that over the next month im not going to bathe or shower i will only brush my teeth and put on clean clothes when necessary ill update this thread every 3 days or so to fill in the details wish me luck

You need to do this properly, though. I suggest three checks each day at fixed times and a standardized protocol for reporting things.
