I had a posting about this last year or so where it died and quick yet painful death on the boards, but I figured I'd give it another shot.

Now I don't have any more basis for actual comparisons in my actual eyes, whereas my wife lets her garden grow except she does a nice trimming in the summer for swimwear, which I don't mind. It is kind of funky seeing a tuft of hair crawling out the bikini bottom. An accidental "loosening" of the bikini bottom to get a peek of fuzz is always sexy, but where it's just pushing out the bottom of it intentionally is not good.

However, my wife has quite a few friends aged 21 to 35 or so. She assists graduate students at the local college and I gotta tell you what, I'd probably fuck them all if I could get away with it.

Also, she has three younger sisters now aged 18 to 23 and they're hot too. Sucks when you have hot sister in laws!

But from what I've gathered, usually after they get a few drinks in them, they're essentially letting their pussy hair grow back, which I usually like to get girls talking about their vaginas in an indirect passive manner, which they always take the bait and give all the goods verbally. What guy would stop listening to women talking about their pussies? Hell, it's one of the few times I actually pay attention to what they have to say.

As we've all noticed, the dingbat women of the entertainment industry are experiencing "career sunset" such as Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Jessica Simpson and others. They are nowhere near as popular as they were a couple years ago. Hell, Christina Agularia finally grew up and did something that actually shows her talent other than throwing her ass around.

Changes in styles, mindsets, standards all go in phases as we all know. I've noticed the younger girls aren't wearing as much tight stuff as they used to. Don't get me wrong, I love a pair of nice tight jeans making a woman's ass look sweet, but it does seem that slowly but surely that it's slowly waning a bit.

An article in Vanity Fair I read a while back said that some major players in the porno magazine and website industry was experiencing a drop off in subscriptions compared to a few years ago, so they set about asking men about why this could be the case. The main reason? The women look too much the same, all oiled up, same hair, same bodies, same look, etc. Even though we all love pussy, you have to admit, you seen one shaved pussy, you've seen them all. Now styles have gotten to the point where it's acceptable for women who should lose 30 or so pounds are now sporting thongs proudly and that's when style start getting stale.

So I'm wondering, guys, as of lately, have you noticed a trend in the pussy hair slowly working it's way back into pop culture?

Yes and no with some reasons would be good. That "I won't touch it unless it's shaved" stuff has been worn out completely everytime someone posts a chick with a hairy one. I'm looking for good thoughtful possibilities and viewpoints.

I haven't really noticed much either, but I would say that a drop in the porn market would almost certainly be followed by a rise in the pubic hair arena. It wasn't really until the porn industry went mainstream (I think this would have been in the mid to late 90's with the rise of Jenna Jameson) that a mass populace of women began to shave. You can tie that into the thong fad, also. I obviously don't have any data to back this up, but I certainly recall only seeing thongs on strippers and shaved pussies only in the pages of Hustler or Penthouse.
I'd add that it's interesting that something formally reserved for the trenchcoat community could end up having a big influence on popular culture. This is of course a direct relation to the rise of AIDS, but that's another discussion.
Finally, I'd like to add that my wife has been shaving for about 2 years now and I've never enjoyed the munching as much as I do now.

Back on topic, I have a personal preferance for shave/waxed pussies, but I guess this thread isn't about personal taste but fashion and trends.

I cant say I've noticed a change "back" towards pussyhair, lets face it most of us guys will only ever see a small sample...

However fashion is often about doing the opposite from mainstream, and if the majority are taking one route its almost certain a fashion will spring up taking the opposite.

I haven't noticed a more hair trend. Could be that as women get older, more established in their relationships they don't feel the need to keep shaved. I hope the bald trend continues forever. Can't stand fur pie!
