best I cn figure is trying a system restore point

with spybot, goto mode>advanced

Did you try just dragging it in?Reduce the window size so you can see the file on the desktop and drag it in there.

I have a few things you should try;
1: at boot up, press F8 and choose "faultsafe boot up" (dont know if it really says that in english). Then try to delete the folder.

2: there is a prog callt hijack this, this program might be able to delete the folder.

3:if yoo boot up with the windows cd and choose to start the repair console, you will end up in dos and then tou might be able to delete it. (this require admin password)

Alright guys, Victory is mine.

I nuked that bitch, and i nuked it good.

Here is how I did it incase this little problem ever happens to one of you.

I had to go into safe mode, log in as my admin (so i could have access to the security tab when i right click the folder and go to properties), click the secuirty tab, on the new window click the owner tab, click the admin account and take ownership of the folder to that account. Once I Did that I Was able to go into my other user account with the folder on it and delete it.

By the way, Thanks for all the help! You guys were really quick to respond and I was pretty supprised!
