Oh man... thats difficult. Pirates fight Dirty and will do anything to win, and Ninja's are fucken stealth masters. I would have to go with Ninja's, but it would be close. Almost to close.

ninjas would win a battle like that for sure.. the pirates wouldn't even know what hit em. i mean ninja have thouse cool swords (cant remember the name right now though) and ancient magical dragon fighter powers. pirats only have tresure maps and dirty cloth

1 pirate vs. 1 ninja....I have to go with the pirate...guns always win...like the saying never bring a knife to a gunfight...I believe same applies here.

I'm assuming old time pirate...and I still believe he would win....If if was a modern time pirate... not much a katana sword is gonna do with an automatic rifle spraying bullets.

Thier is something to be said about the sammurai sword, or Katana, tha tit took 6 shots with out braking from that HUGE ass machine gun, but the 7th broke it. If Bruce Lee was the Ninja and he went against a gun, he would win.

well ofcurse an old fasion ninja might have a hard time vs an modern pirat, sniper or w/e but hey if we boost the ninja with a little tecnologi, like that guy from metal gear ( http://mgs.gry-online.pl/mgs2/fanart/ninja.jpg ) i'd still go for the ninja.. old school ninjas beats old school pirats. modern ninja beats modern pirats.
