Password Question

Newbie has a password question and have a feeling I will be reprimanded for it but here it goes. Can a member share a website password with an INDIVIDUAL member and not post it on the forum for all to see. Reason being, I have a couple personal passwords which I obtained through a paid membership but already downloaded all the content. Thanks.
