@ Thread starter - you are the most excited male I've ever seen regarding being humiliated in front of your ex and her friends by her current bf... assuming this isn't all a cute little story playing out a fantasy, as others have mentioned. by your lack of additions to the thread after intital post. BS=likely.
What's this whole attitude or culture of 'sue him/her/them'? You got into a fight (more of a scuffle) and you lost. Get over it, it happens in fights. Be a man. If you really want to get something out of this (and piss off the ex at the same time), go back to this guy, apologize (sorry we got into that fight, it was uncool. You had me in a hold and you could have done some serious damage to me but you let go, I don't want us having hassles with each other every where we go, etc). You don't have to become best buddies, but imagine when you're girlfriend is having a bitch session about you and her new boyfriend says, "I don't know babe, I think he's alright". If you want more revenge, go out with one of her friends. If you don't take either of those options then just go back to the fact you got your butt kicked and leave it for the lesson it is - you get into a fight and you might end up being the loser. IF it was the case that you were minding your own business, hadn't said boo to him or her and he just came out of nowhere and king-hit and dropped you, THEN you should look into destroying him (via legal means), but when you're a willing combatant in a punchup and you lose... too bad. Suck it up buttercup.
lemon party.... pretty gross!
Bro, regardless if the guy is some sort of a cage fighter. You should learn to stand up to a fight. If needed grab a few of your boys and jump him.
Although the taped video is a bitch but I would think we all agree that we would love to see the video.
@sumo: I agree with you for the most part but there's certain situations where that just doesn't apply. If I'm in a bar and Anderson Silva wants to fight me then if I can't find a bottle to hit him with some of my friends better jump in. If the fight is totally lop sided and you have no shot at winning or even contending then all rules are off cause the fights not fair anyway.

I'm with Honda on this one. If you are capable kick his ass so hard that his grand kids will walk with a limp.
If you can't then avoid situations where you will get your ass handed to you on a silver platter. Go to the gym and lift some weights, enroll in a BJJ, Dan Zan Ryu, Muay Thai class.
Otherwise show us her tits and call it even.
If this actually happened, you got off easy. A pro fighter of almost any style can seriously hurt you. A lot of the "Cage Fighters" I have met seem to have drifted away from the respect I was taught in martial arts. A lot of them are brutal mofo's and think they have an excuse.
If he continues to screw with you, all bets are off.
if something like this happen again, go for the eyes!
