I would personally choose the AK-47. It's reliable and you can throw it in mud, sand, whatever it drops in you can pick it right back up and it will still work like a charm.

I'd have to go with 7.62 Rk95TP.
The latest (and the best) variant of the good ol' AK47 used by some troops in the Finnish military.
It's basically a lightened version of the old 7.62 Rk62, which is the basic service rifle here.
Uses the same 7.62 caliber as the original AK, but both are a bit more "tighter" thus more accurate than the original model. The 95-version is also a lot lighter and has a folding stock and it can be fitted with various addons like rifle grenades, scopes etc.. Simple, versatile, reliable, powerful.
