oh wow-greatest thing on earth

Well as everyone around here knows i've been planning on seeing Motley Crue for months. Well the show was this past friday night and it was fuckin awesome. I was at the greatest place on earth at that time. I'll be getting some pictures soon so i'll post a few. Me and my best friend were four rows from the stage surrounded by naked girls the whole time. Couldn't have been better. I was worried about how they would sound both musically and vocally but they nailed it all. Vince actually sounded good. Everyone has been telling me he's been sounding weak but damn all of it was great. Nothing like drinking yards of beer and listening to one of the greatest bands of all-time rock out. It was physically and emotionally draining because it was so good.

Motley crue rules...never seen em live though.....

Nah, I'm kidding. They are pretty good; I listen to their old stuff though.

i made sure i didn't get that drunk so i would enjoy the show...heck...$90 tickets aren't going to be ruined by alcohol

anyone know when iron maiden is gonna be around the south eastern united states again?

they just finished their last tour....but i read on ironmaiden.com....that they might be touring again late 2006/early 2007

Maiden are awesome live... Seen them 4 times now. Every show was storming!!!

Especially The Real Live tour at Birmingham NEC. That was right up there with Queen @ Wembley.

Or...maybe not. Metallica is the greatest band of my generation, no matter what album or two I didnt exactly love. It was actually hard for me to even admit that much..much less say "fuck this" about them.

Saint Anger? It was all right. That symphony stuff they did? All right. But the body of works from Kill, Master, Black (all the rest) MORE than make up for it, IMO.

Its wierd for me really. I have this mental block in my brain that litteraly wont let me hate anything they do.

There is also something in my brain to defend them to the death...so watch your fucking mouth! lol jk.
