That`s sux0rs too.
I remember way ,way, way, way back In the good old nes day`s [not my first console btw].
The day`s i was a little W@r-Steiner and played games like mario [i still do ,BITE me ]
And i was on this mission to rescue this beatiful prinses peach,and i faced the last baddy bowser with 1 life left,well he pwnd me that time,and there was NO !@#$% save option.
Had too do all those worlds again [ yeah i knew about the warps but didn`t use em ]
That`s also reminded me playing games Like Final Fantasy for like 10 hours straight,then get me a nice glass off coke ,got back to me room ,and saw that my sister took out The cartridge and quess who forgot too save....

For mario, I forget what it was... like hold A and press start or something and it would continue you at the world you were in. So in your case, it would've put you back at 8-1. Oh well, I'm sure you knew that.
