New to Photoshop Help Please

Hi I just got Photoshop Elements 4.0 and there was a topic about how to make someone in a picture skinnier and to make chest size bigger/smaller. I was just wondering if anyone knew or remember how to do that... Thanks for your help

Do you mean the liquify tool?

Filters-Liquify (ctrl+shift+x)

That might do the trick..

Thank You for the help I think I figured it out from reading some of that sites and using the liquify tool.

I never used the liquify tool, I make people thinner with the clone tool or just a paintbrush. Duplicate the background around the edges and duplicate skin tone or clothing to cover up shadows from unwanted bulges. And I've enhanced breasts by altering shadows and highlights to increase the illusion of roundness.

Yes, but the liquify tool is an easy tool to start out with and as he's new to photoshop..
