The problem with BraveHeart it stops before the good bit where he was captured by the English, stripped naked and dragged through the city at the heels of a horse to Smithfield Market. He was hanged, drawn and quartered — strangled by hanging but released while still alive, emasculated, eviscerated and his bowels burnt before him, beheaded, then cut into four parts.
Now I'd pay to see that happen to Gibson
Dood, movies aren't real.
They're made for visual entertainment, not exact historical accuracy.

But that how problems start. If you tell the mass movie going public that this film is based on true events when there not your average spoon feed hippie will believe it. Hollywood has got to be responsible for kids failing history tests the world over.

Hollywood is responsible for the stupidity of the average person?
"Based On" just means they got the general idea for the movie from something real. I don't blame Hollywood for people being too stupid to figure out things that should be obvious.
