The Joshua Tree with Dolph Lundgren. Only good thing was the Ferrari F40, but even that was unrealistic when he was thrashing it along sandy gravel roads in the desert like it was on a tarmac race track. Others may know it as Army of One depending on how it was aired. On Channel 5 in UK it aired as Army of One, when released on video it was The Joshua Tree. Can't really remember what it was about. Can only remember the F40.
