BAD BAD BAD! Unless you want to lose hundreds of dollars, I strongly advise against it.

It works with cooking oil you just cant submerge the power supply quite a few sites have done it
I've seen some other sites where they've done it, but they never said much about how long it worked. I don't think I would do it with anything but a spare computer.
The oil is not an effective cooling method at all, it will slowly heat to an unacceptable temperature and be completely inadequate as a cooling medium.
The only real purpose of this is to have it as a show piece, it will look cool but it wont be "cool"...
If you had an older computer say p3 or older it could be something to screw around with but anything above that won't really be worth it in the "produces too much heat" or "too much money to lose" aspects...
If you want to run it for a long time you need a fluid chiller, used in salt water aquariums. Unfortunatly, the computer only lasts about 6 months. This is when the plastics start to fail. Fun to do though. Freaks your friends out!
gonna be hell when you have to install new hardware, and oil DOES eat rubber/plastic ect.
