But please, do not choke the chicken to kill it...

Get a "roaster".

Push a softened stick of butter up under the skin in as many areas as possible, rub the skin with the butter, and put what little is left in the body cavity.

Generously apply Salt, preferably a larger grain like Course Kosher salt, pepper, lemon-pepper and Lawry's Poultry Seasoning over all the exposed, buttered skin surfaces.

Roast it at 350 until the skin starts to crisp and turn golden brown. You'll love it.

So not very often does anything on the morning news really bother me, but...

This morning they were reporting a story about a man that had a tree trimming business, he took his 3 kids to work with him because they had the day off from school, the youngest one, a 1st grader, decided to try and help his dad feed a branch into the wood chipper. And that's as graphic as I'm getting, just thinking about what happened made me half ill

Just made a profile at Plenty of Fish. My interests include "Interesting things" and I kinda hate outdoors stuff.
I'm totally a keeper.
