How 2 Create A Forum-Board.

Hello Folks:

I want to know what Internet site I can go on to create a G-rated forum-board. This forum-board that I have planned deals with odd phenomena such as psychic intuition and lottery jackpot/horse racing predictions. What is the best internet site to use to create something like that? ( What does WBW , UMD , Literotica use? ) Also, I want to create an ADULTS-ONLY forum-board that deals specifically with a highly overlooked category of fetishes/fantasies that involve females. Again, what's the best prototype site to use for this?

WBW is a self made site so it doesn't use any template (even though it uses some plug-ins for some features).
UMD seems to be the same and Literotica looks a lot like basic forums but nothing is mentioned on their site so I don't know if it's a self made one or they forgot to give the credits.

There are a lot of forums hosting solution on the web, just google it. Some will require you to know a bit of coding if you want to customize it, other are more used friendly. I can't really recommend you one though as I never had to set up one.

If you're willing to drop a dime or two there are some good boards out there for purchase as well.

Figure out how serious you are first, but $600 will buy you the state-of-the-art and all the bells and whistles you can handle message boards.

The free ones aren't bad, but they have problems with bots, spam and hacks.
