its a fucking epidemic



i just got off the phone with the shittiest lady in the world, and she was like verbally attacking me when i was telling her that i would fix the problem for her (which WASNT EVEN MY MISTAKE OR MY FAULT) right away and that i was fixing it as we were speaking

she just went on and on and on about this shit. and to make matters worse she couldnt even understand how to read her invoice that i had mailed her. i had to explain 10 times how the line items added up.
