Vin brulé and The alla cacciatora
To make the first, you just have to put some red wine (better if it's strong kind) into a pot with some cinnamon and clove. Then you make it boil. When it makes enough steam, you have to fire that steam with a lighter (actually, it's the alcohol that evaporates). wait until the fire extinguishes, and it's ready.
To make "The alla cacciatora" (Hunter's tea) you have simply to make hot tea (works goods with twining's english breakfast) and add Rhum Punch to it, half and half. This kicks ass...
