help needed please re malware "diskdoctor"

Hi can anyone help please? I have maleware on my pc after surfing p@rn on a cr@p site I think.
It pops up as "diskdoctor" and shows a weird scan process of my "c" drive and keeps popping up every minute or so. now it has mad my desktop "black" all black no icons no nothing!!! then it flashes a warning up "low ram"???? the my pc reboots.
im in safe mode now and running a prog called "spynomore" which is taking ages so any help will be much appreciated thanks
oh and i hve used ccleaner too.

What os are you running? I've had good luck with "Windows Security Essentials" (by microsoft) and malwarebytes. If need be, pull the hard drive and plug it into another computer and run the virus scan from there. Worst comes to worst, I know a company that does remote tech support that is pretty good.
