I'm not sure how many of you follow football (soccer) but if you do and you would like to join in with a predictor game covering the Euro 2012 tournament, then please follow the details below:
1. Go to - http://predictor.talksport.co.uk/ and register an account there by clicking on 'register' suprisingly enough.
2. Then click on 'mini-leagues' where you enter the code F4BD4-UGX into the box next to where it says 'Join a private mini-league'.
3. Once you have joined the league, you then need to enter your first round of predictions, which cover the first 8 games.
The idea of this game is to predict the exact score of each game. Points are given as follows:
Correct Result = 30 Pts
Correct Draw = 20 Pts
Correct Goal Diff = 15 Pts
Correct Outcome = 10 Pts
Wrong Outcome = -10 Pts
Each week you have 2 bonus tokens which are the 'banker' and the 'insurance' token. You place your banker token next to the score you are most confident about, and if it comes in correctly, your score for that result is multiplied by 2 or 3. The insurance token is placed next to the result you are least confident about. For that one game you cannot get lower than 0 points.
It's actually a lot easier than I'm making it sound, but it would be cool to have a few members sign up for this, even if you don't know a great deal about football.
