Desktop Building

Where can i find info or material to Build my own desktop? (not wallpaper)

You mean building own icons? mouse pointers? Color themes? or more like windows XP skins?

For creating icons for Windows, nothing beats Microangelo. Shouldn't be too hard to find, use Google...

i use flash to customize my Deskptop

i made a nice layout ](i ve posted here someplace) with all my favourites and a nica animation

it shure beats microangelo!!! (but not for icons lol)

There's also a nice program for Windows called Samurize (http://www.samurize.tk) that can be used to bring a big variety of info onto the desktop. I'd use it myself, but I don't have the time or the energy to get into it...

No not icons, not color themes...

Hmmm some of the things i'd like to have on my desktop are. Built in mp3 player, tv-guide, weather-guide thing slike that.

Am i making any sense?

Samurize will do everything else except probably the mp3 player, but hey, use Winamp with a strong transparency setting...

So you want to integrate everything into your desktop?

yes. Mp3 player runs all the time anyway. so why not build it into the desktop.

Its more or less a script to customize youre desktop. Gawd Im gonna build a mean one!
